Knowledgeable, fast and courteous service. The prices are reasonable and the selection differs from the mall. Definitely worth stopping in if you need a time piece of any sort of just repair or cleaning.

I love, love, love this place! I was quite bummed out because one of my favorite earrings had broken. I went to Watch Technicians and they fixed my earring in no time! They even shined up both of my earrings and now they look brand new! They were very professional and extremely kind! I’m sending all of my friends and family here. Thanks Watch Technicians!!

Don't ever take your watch to a jeweler. Take it here instead.The jeweler told me my watch was too old, they couldn't replace the battery, and tried to sell me a new watch... So I took it to Watch Technicians. Even though they couldn't restore the water resistance due to the age, they had no issue replacing the battery, cleaning the watch, and even replaced the glass. Now the face looks like new again and the buttons work flawlessly.

Our family has had many different watches repaired and battery replacements and they have done an excellent job. I have referred friends and all have been satisfied! I picked up a ring today that I had reset and they did an excellent job definitely my go to for watch and jewelry care!.

I had a ring sized today John! Same day sizing and wonderful quality at a reasonable price John! John was awesome & friendly, made the process a breeze and kept me laughing! My ring looks AMAZING. can't recommend this place enough!

I needed my wedding ring taken up a couple sizes, and loved that Watch Technicians does all sizing and repairs in house instead of shipping jewelry out. My ring now fits perfectly and looks brand new. They had it done even more quickly than estimated, and during a winter weather storm no less. Very happy I went to them!!

Was looking to get a ring sized but everywhere else said 2-3 weeks AND they’d have to send it off. Found this place “by chance” and decided to call. Friendly, professional, and FAST!! Ya know how we all want what we want NOW?? These guys are it! Dropped my ring off in the afternoon had it ready for me next day by lunch!! Can’t ask for better!! Ring is sized perfect. Pricing was better than the jewelry stores by far!!

I am pleased with the service. I was told by a jewelry store in chesterfield it was not worth changing the very expensive battery. I came to watch technicians they were so nice to work with. They repaired my watch for a lot less money than the other place wanted. I will happily work with Watch Technicians in the future.

I was very happy with the service. They're very professional. I don't have to send my expensive watches off to be repaired. They dealt with two high-end pieces for me in house and the price was very reasonable. I will return and I also recommend others to go and get your watches and any other time piece serviced by this establishment. I needed to get my Medic Alert bracelet fix it needed a clasp plus I had a silver bracelet that needed fixing also that I never take off because my other two sisters have the same ones. I read the reviews and every one had raved about the good service and great prices. As soon as I walked in their receptionist was super friendly and someone waited on me right away, and was able to have both bracelets fixed right away. And the price was great I was very happy with their quality work will recommend highly!

Needed a minor repair for my SO's necklace and they delivered in a timely and communicative manner. Very easy to reach, and I paid less for the repair than I anticipated I would, which is always great. Overall a good experience, and I'll certainly contact them again if I have any need of their services!

Parvez i hope I spelt his name accurately! He was very instrumental in fixing all my watches! I took 3 watches to him. He was very kind and honest in terms of pricing to repair my watches! It took less than an hr to repair and he gave advise and consultation, in terms of what needed to be done .I would definitely recommend him. Please don’t take your watch repair to a jewelry store! He’s very knowledgeable and specific to watch repair and good pricing!

I stopped by when I was at the mall after seeing a few chains they had out front. I found the perfect chain that was so unique. The associate working at the time was so attentive and helpful and even cut the chain perfectly to size for me. The quality and service is unparalleled in my opinion and the price was only $30 for the chain. I was so happy with the service and quality of the product I felt left a tip! I cannot recommend this place enough on all accounts! So happy that I walked into this store can’t recommend it enough!!!!

I dropped off my Michele watch to have a new battery installed, and Mr. Parvez took my information and said it would take about 20 minutes. Mr. Parvez was professional, friendly and the watch was ready to go when I returned! A job well done and I recommend this business for your next watch repair, I will definitely use them again! Employee Parvez is amazing and went above and beyond to help me. My dad passed away 22 years ago. I’ve held on to his watch all these years. I was with my dad when he bought it in 1989, he let me pick it out. The watch wasn’t working and needed sized to fit me. Parvez took it apart to find the battery exploded and he said most watches are “done” when that happens. He gave it a try anyway, took the entire thing apart cleaned underneath the glass and the entire watch itself. Needless to say it WORKS! He fixed, cleaned, and sized it within 30 minutes. I left in tears. Excellent service, give this man a raise! THANK YOU PARVEZ!! It’s truly priceless!!

The location is convenient and the staff was friendly and professional. I dropped off my watch to have the wristband repaired, shopped for about 20 minutes, went back and picked it up and was on my way. The watch had also been cleaned because it looked like new. This was a great experience all around!

They place is great. Yes they do same day service but when I called they said it would take more than one day because they were busy. I liked that they were honest with me from the start. It took a bit longer (by 3 days) then the date I was giving but they called me and explained why which I loved. They help me gain knowledge about my engagement ring. They made you feel welcomed and had great customer relations.
