Watches endure a lot of wear and tear over the years. From dirt and other build up to scratches and dents in the surface of the case and band, a watch that once was new can look less than appealing as it ages. At Watch Technicians, we work on all styles and materials including steel, gold, titanium and platinum. We offer polishing and case restoration. We start by disassembling the watch and polishing all the components to a high shine using professional compounds, a lathe, and various buffing wheels.

The watch is then cleaned thoroughly in an ultrasonic tank to loosen all debris, brushed with a soft bristle brush to extract any remaining dirt from the crevices, and finally taken to a steam cleaner to eliminate fine particulate matter in order to leave your watch gleaming. If a brushed finish needs to be reapplied it will be done at this stage, with great attention to detail given by our experts. This process ensures that each watch will come out looking brand new again. A number of components are used in the polishing process including professional compounds and cleansing cloths as well as a lathe and other tools.
