Why Choose Watch Technicians for Mail-In Repair?
When you ship your watch to us, it is repaired by the same in-house watchmakers who serve customers at our three St. Louis locations every day — not a faceless facility. Your watch goes directly to a skilled technician’s workbench, not a warehouse.
Big jewelry stores and department stores send watches out to third-party facilities — often for weeks at a time with limited communication. We handle everything right here, which means faster turnaround, direct communication, and competitive pricing.
Every repair includes a thorough post-repair quality check, water resistance testing where applicable, and a 12-month warranty before your watch ships back to you.

- Use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx with tracking and insurance
- Wrap your watch in bubble wrap or soft cloth inside a padded mailer or small box
- Include a printed copy of your confirmation email or a note with your name and phone number
- Remove any extra links or loose parts and package them separately in a small bag
- Do not include the watch box — it adds unnecessary size and weight
