Once you receive your estimate and approve the repair, ship your watch to our Creve Coeur repair center using these guidelines:

  • Use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx with tracking and insurance
  • Wrap your watch in bubble wrap or soft cloth inside a padded mailer or small box
  • Include a printed copy of your confirmation email or a note with your name and phone number
  • Remove any extra links or loose parts and package them separately in a small bag
  • Do not include the watch box — it adds unnecessary size and weight

How much does mail-in watch repair cost?
Every watch is different, so we provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins. Common services range from $20 for a battery replacement to $200–$800+ for a full movement overhaul, depending on the brand and complexity. There are no hidden fees, and return shipping is always free.
Is return shipping really free?
Yes — return shipping is completely free on every mail-in repair. Your watch is shipped back fully insured with tracking, and we will text you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do I pay for shipping to you?
You are responsible for shipping the watch to our repair center. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance for the value of your watch. Most customers spend $8–$15 on shipping.
How will I know the status of my repair?
We send text message updates at every stage — when we receive your watch, when we begin the repair, and when it ships back to you. You can also call us at (314) 513-8455 anytime during business hours for an update.
What if I don’t approve the estimate?
No problem — if you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving your estimate, we will ship your watch back to you at no charge. There is never any obligation.
Is my watch insured during return shipping?
Yes — every return shipment is fully insured and sent with tracking. We are not responsible for the watch during your initial shipment to us, which is why we recommend insuring your outgoing package for the full value of your watch.
Do you repair all watch brands?
We service virtually all watch brands — from everyday brands like Fossil, Casio, and Michael Kors to luxury brands like Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, and Breitling. We are also an authorized service center for Seiko, Citizen, Invicta, Bulova, and Shinola. We do not service smartwatches (Apple Watch, Samsung, etc.). See our full watch repair services.
How long does the repair take?
It depends on the repair. Battery replacements typically take 3–5 business days after we receive your watch. Movement overhauls and luxury watch service range from 2–8 weeks depending on brand and parts availability. We will provide a specific timeline with your estimate.
Do you provide a warranty on mail-in repairs?
Yes — every mail-in repair includes our standard 12-month warranty. If something is not right, contact us and we will make it right.
Can I send jewelry for mail-in repair?

Where are the repairs done?
All mail-in repairs are completed at our Creve Coeur flagship location (11483 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141) by our own in-house watchmakers. Nothing is outsourced or shipped to third parties.
