What You’ll Do
- Service and repair high-end mechanical and quartz timepieces
- Perform complete overhauls, lubrication, and timing regulation
- Restore vintage and luxury watches to original specifications
- Conduct water resistance testing and quality control inspections
- Maintain accurate service records and detailed repair notes
Requirements
- WOSTEP, CW21, SAWTA, or equivalent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience with mechanical watch repair
- Strong understanding of Swiss movements and complications
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex horological issues

Jeweler / Bench Jeweler
What You’ll Do
- Perform fine jewelry repairs and restorations on gold, silver, and platinum pieces
- Resize rings across a range of metals including diamond-set bands
- Execute stone setting, replacement, and prong retipping
- Solder, polish, and refinish jewelry to showroom-quality standards
- Collaborate with customers on custom jewelry solutions and recommendations
Requirements
- Professional jewelry training or equivalent bench experience
- Experience working with precious metals and stone setting
- Strong finishing and polishing skills
- Artistic eye and steady, precise workmanship

Requirements
- Previous luxury retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of watches and jewelry is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
