Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are always welcome at all three locations during business hours. Just stop by for a free estimate on any watch or jewelry repair.
How long does a battery replacement take?
Most watch batteries are replaced in about 15 minutes while you wait. No need to leave your watch — we handle it right at the bench. Learn more about our watch battery replacement service.
Do you service luxury Swiss watches?
Yes — our in-house watchmakers specialize in Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, Breitling, Cartier, and other Swiss brands. We’re also an authorized service center for Seiko, Citizen, Invicta, Bulova, and Shinola. See our full watch repair services.
Do you offer same-day jewelry repair?
Yes — many repairs including ring resizing, chain repairs, and clasp replacements can be completed the same day. Our Creve Coeur flagship has a full jewelry bench for more complex work. Learn more about our jewelry repair services.
How do I check my repair status?
You can check your repair status by filling out the form above and selecting “Check My Repair Status” — just include your work order number from your receipt. You can also call the location where you dropped off your item.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — every location provides a free inspection and written estimate before any work begins. You can also request an estimate online by filling out the form above with photos of your item.
Can I ship my watch or jewelry to you for repair?
Yes — we accept items shipped to our Creve Coeur location for customers who can’t visit in person. Select “Ship my item to you” in the form above and we’ll provide shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.
Which location should I visit?
All three locations offer battery replacements, band sizing, and jewelry drop-off. For complex Swiss watch overhauls, vintage restoration, or advanced jewelry bench work, our Creve Coeur flagship has the most complete workshop. For Sunday hours, visit Des Peres (11 AM – 6 PM). Do you send repairs out to third parties?
No — every repair is completed in-house by our own technicians. Unlike department stores and big chain jewelers that send watches out for weeks, we handle everything right here for faster turnaround and direct communication with the person working on your piece.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — all repairs include a 12-month warranty at every location. If something isn’t right, bring it back and we’ll make it right.
