Common questions about checking on your repair

How long until I hear back?
During business hours (Mon–Sat 9am–5pm), we respond to status requests within 1 hour. Requests submitted after hours are handled first thing the next business day.
How do you contact me back?
By default we’ll send a text message to the phone number you provide, since most customers prefer a quick text update. If you’d rather get a phone call, just let us know in the form.
I lost my claim ticket — can you still look up my repair?
Yes. Contact us directly with your name, phone number, and approximate drop-off date and we’ll locate your ticket in our system.
Why hasn’t my repair been completed yet?
Turnaround depends on the type of service. Battery replacements are usually done same-day. Full watch overhauls, vintage restoration, and repairs requiring ordered parts can take several weeks. When we reach out, we’ll give you a specific update on where your repair stands.
My repair is ready — what happens next?
We’ll text or call you as soon as your repair is complete so you can pick it up at the location where you dropped it off. Payment is due at pickup.
Can I pick up my repair at a different location than where I dropped it off?
In most cases repairs stay at the location where they were dropped off. If you need to pick up at a different location, contact us and we can often arrange an internal transfer.
